This free plugin will allow you to publish a maintenance mode responding to all requests that are not logged in requests. No fuzz with payments or anything fancy, just a plain text area where you may publish your maintenance page in plain HTML.

This free plugin will allow you to maintain the meta tags of your posts and pages. It will allow you to edit the fields on each post or page. You may also include a suffix to be used in the title and the description with a truncate option if the value becomes too long.
